A number of streets in this QNP area are in need of curb an gutter and resurfacing as seen in this photo.






This proposed program would upgrade the neighborhood from the lowest category to a stable classification and provide the incentive for the neighborhood to improve over the years to an established classification. Table B illustrates the improved status in the criteria established by the City, comparing existing and proposed conditions.
